Duplicate selection

Added functionality to clone a selection of tables and the attached relationships. We've also added the related keyboard shortcuts:

• Ctrl/Cmd + X to cut

• Ctrl/Cmd + C to copy

• Ctrl/Cmd + V to paste

• Ctrl/Cmd + D to duplicate
