Table comments style
Diagram editors have two options for displaying table comments - collapsed, and always show.
Option 1: Collapsed
Some teams prefer to include extensive/longer-form notes for each of their tables. In this case, the collapsed option provides a more compact view of the diagram. Any table comment will only be represented with an icon, which can be expanded on click.
Option 2: Always show
Always show the full table comment, useful if the included notes are usually brief and succinct. This is the default.
How to toggle table comments style
You can switch this preference by going to
"File" in the menu bar of the diagram editor, then "Diagram settings"
You'll find this config in the "editor config" section
